      Great startup with amazing culture

      Pros

      Minit is a great company that's worthy of your time and energy. The people are friendly, open minded and amazing to work with. The management is people oriented and its doing its best to enable every one in the company to do their best. There is very little stress in the company and employee well being and work life balance are well minded for.

      Cons

      Since the company is really small, it takes time to deliver new features in the product. In R&D, don't expect to get your ides to customer in a month.

      Pros

      Minit’s top asset? Positive team spirit, friendly and supportive colleagues, and informal company culture, where everyone is striving to make the working experience truly enjoyable. One of the greatest positive surprises, when I joined the company, was the freedom you are trusted with. I have been able to work remotely on flexible hours whenever I needed. The only condition? To deliver on the deadline. Also, I’ve been lucky with all of my team leads and teammates, which are super constructive people and professionals in their respective fields. Oh, and don’t get me even started on our Happiness Manager who is there for you with whatever you need, bringing fruits and vegetables on the table every Tuesday, smiling every day, and asking if she can help you with anything.

      Cons

      Minit is a growing scale-up, so you need to take into consideration all of the challenges that come with it, be it: - management learning and improving every day to run a fast-growing international business, which inevitably comes with also making mistakes and improvising - in the beginning, when I joined, there was unclear communication of the goals and not much of overall transparency. However, that has been improving over recent months, mainly thanks to the pro-active approach of our experienced Head of Operations.

      - great company culture - good effort from the management to share information - friendly working environment - a company for doers, not talkers - quick response and adaptability to any new challenge and issue - specializing in hiring only senior, smart and capable people - relaxed and informal relationships between colleagues - flexible working hours and remote work - working for Minit feels like being a part of a family

      Cons

      - company procedures are being developed on-the-go, which is normal for a growing start-up, but might not be suitable for everyone
