Thank you for your comments, it's wonderful to hear you enjoyed the working environment and appreciate all the great work we do here at Minstead Trust. Some roles are better suited to flexible working than others and as we are supporting adults with a learning disability, working from home is not always an option. However, we will always try our hardest to accommodate flexible working requests and we have worked to create a range of work patterns and contract types to attract people who may not be able to commit to full time hours or whose role can be adapted to working from different locations.
Good pay I can’t say I feel underpaid for my services at all
Cons
Honestly speaking it’s disturbing that bank staff only get paid in arrears, so please make sure you have a month worth of savings before you transfer to this company

Thank you for your feedback. We have looked at various ways to improve this situation for new starters who commence shortly after payroll has been processed. Where possible we extend the deadline to capture as many new starters as possible and we do have options to support staff through those first few weeks if they need it. By far the best solution we have found is to offer permanent contracts wherever possible, even if they are for a fixed term or set at a low level of hours, so that there is some guarantee of income, whilst retaining the flexibility usually associated with bank working.
