      Pros

      I love the way our Founder Suddan motivates each and everyone in the team. I like how he makes sure that everyone is getting involved in the work. I like the environment they create for employees that allows them to interact with everyone easily. Regular meetings and reviews for work gives the motivation to work.

      Cons

      I miss the office environment as i am a remote employee.

      I have been working from last two years at Mintly as a full-time employee, In this startup environment I have more freedom to explore my knowledge and ideas, Here every one can get equal importance. Simply good place to for learning and growth.
