      Supportive and transparent environment, CEO down reinforce supporting each other as a team which minimizes political battles. Really cool products and very talented team make for a bright future.

      Cons

      None that I can think of as long as you are comfortable in a roll up your sleeves start up environment.

      Pros

      The culture is great and is all about being Driven, Curious and Collaborative. Employees are smart, passionate, and leaders in their functions. Compensation and benefit offerings are impressive including unlimited PTO. Opportunity to have hands on experience and work for a company that is focused on the cure for cancer is inspirational.

      Cons

      The fast-paced environment might not be for everyone.
