      Pros

      Everyone here just seems larger than life. They exude passion and dedication and they’re all extremely intelligent, skilled, and creative. I am constantly in awe of the people I get to work with every single day.

      Cons

      A lot of the staff are overly focused on short-term goals at the expense of longer-term strategies, which creates a disconnect between what we’re trying to achieve and what is actually being worked on.
