Work hard to hit the goals and the pay out for commissions were higher than most other places. DM was great to work under.

I moved up pretty quick with the company. Started out as a sales associate then took over as manager.

Cons

Hourly pay isn't a whole lot but we do get commission as well, and those checks are usually really good.
