      Pros

      I got free hand control on all the matters addressing HR. Wide exposure. scope for learning is good if you're curious to learn.

      Cons

      I don't see any as of now. Since the company is trying it's best to get aligned with the dynamic business environment in that case there can be some delays but all in all there's a lot of scope to learn if you've been in corporate world for just couple of years.
