. The direct impact you are able to have on the company; . The agility of procedures, little bureaucracy and things happen fast; . The amount of interesting things you learn about online marketing; . The days when everyone works remote and the flexibility regarding personal matters. In general, I have very fond memories of Mobipium and it was a pleasure to be part of the team.

Pros

Fantastic school. It was my first job after university and I couldn’t ask for a more valuable opportunity because I was able to contact with a global market and really contribute to Mobipium. My tasks were intellectually interesting and impacting. The recruitment is very good, and anyone who gets through this part and joins Mobipium has the opportunity to build a very rich network.

Cons

The competition can be overwhelming. The AC is a problem on the open space.
