Great work environment Homeworking promoted Many internal promotions High level of empowerment Very dynamic Good leadership Refreshing business Great environment to learn Good salary package (all possible fringe benefits available)

Cons

You need to like change Work intensity is quiet high (but less than consultancy firms or big four) Very techo environment, it's better you like it It is not the place to be if you expect the company does everything for you

Flexible work environment (teleworking allowed), perfect balance work & private life. Good salary package.

Cons

Lots of inefficient processes. Network Operations & most of IT is outsourced, which creates a lot of overhead for getting simple things done.

Cons

There is no good carrier planning and follow-up. Once you have your task/job it is hard to grow.
