      Pros

      Really love working with Mod Exposure and Car Keys Express. Been with the company for a year. Lots of hands on training, between sales and technical skills. It’s a small team environment so the culture is great because you really get to know your team because of that the company doesn’t experience turnover.

      Cons

      We work weekends. But it’s just Wednesday - Sunday. 40 hours.

      Pros

      I’ve been working for Natalie and her team since December and this has been one of my favorite positions thus far. It’s so fast paced, the culture is so fun, there are opportunities for growth and I get paid based on my performance. Since I’ve been here I’ve been promoted to car key tech and I run a van in Atlanta servicing all of our clients needs. It gives me real pride to see how much I am rewarded for my hard work. If you have technical experience or sales experience and you like hands on training and it’s fast paced this is the position for you.

      Cons

      Weekends are required, which doesn’t bother me because I used to waitress so this schedule is way easier.

      The training and learning process is very hands on and there is a lot of help from all the techs who you work along side or have meetings with on the daily owner of mod is a great trainer as well as very informative and gives her all

      If you think learning is a con than i have no idea what to tell you
