LEADERSHIP- Leadership isn't tucked away in an ivory tower. They’re present, approachable, and regularly engage with teams at EVERY level. They provide ample opportunities to give transparent feedback, and act accordingly. Our Chief Operating Officer has been at Momar for more than 20 years, he is involved, available, and one of the reasons I enjoy coming to work daily! Our CEO is a 3rd generation family owner, and also has an open-door policy in which he encourages everyone to stop by and talk. When you stop by his office, he listens, he cares.
SALES CENTRIC - We are proudly sales centric. I love that we are consistently focused on driving sales performance through strategy, cross division selling, and training. Sales is at the heart of everything we do!
