      Pros

      Very flexible working hours. Best manager that I have ever worked with - supportive, knowledgeable and compassionate.

      Cons

      Everything happens so quickly that sometimes feel rushed. Difficult to balance speed with customers who are more needy.

      Great company, really going places

      Pros

      Being able to work closely with founders of the company! Great sales cycle, customers are genuinely excited by such an innovative product that’s breaking into a huge market. Leadership has a huge customer centric approach which makes life easy as an account executive. Awesome work life balance! Friendly and collaborative culture. Even though the company is relatively new, it operates smoother than some of the companies I’ve worked for that have been much bigger.

      Cons

      No cons at all! Given company is in the early stages and growing fast, you must be a self starter and personally invested in the company
