People progress within the company based on their skill level and ability to take on more responsibilities. The company provides a lot of one on one coaching for people who want to learn or improve their skills. There is a lot of career advice and business management openings.

Cons

Progression means hard work, determination and being competitive.

Pros

The company has been very helpful since I joined. The colleagues are great: international, educated from different backgrounds. Lots of cool and positive people. The CEO doesn't mind having a chat with you until 2am if that will help you and the people around you. He is very respectful of people and knows how to listen. The office is in a great location too, Angel is perfect for socialising.

Cons

Expensive area to live in or to commute to.

Pros

Monarch works with different clients with different services. The projects are varied but all have one goal in common: Have a team of excellent people take actions to improve the lives of others. The company provides a lot of training, and I really mean a lot. There are courses, seminars and professional mentors to assist you in developing new skills on a daily basis.

Cons

There are some occasional works to improve the place little by little that take a bit of room when they happen.
