Pros

Moncel is a growing business with a hard-working team. The leadership is always looking to grow the team and grow the business. As the company scales up there is plenty of opportunities to step into new roles/responsibilities, and eagerness to expand your skillset and responsibility is met with positivity and support from the management team - i.e. a whole slack channel dedicated to celebrating and acknowledging staff achievements and milestones. Great place to work if you're someone who can get restless with repetitive work, and enjoy taking on new challenges. Regular social activities both online and in-person keep the team connected, especially when working across multiple time zones. The leadership team is usually available outside of work hours so that they can connect with the teams operating in other time zones.

Cons

The drive to grow the business and expand the product range does mean the system fixes for existing products and services can be put on the back burner.
