- Lots of benefits, social events, and flexible working policy to help fit work hours around life - Super inclusive atmosphere -- one of the company values is "Bring yourself to work" ie be yourself! - Fascinating product means working with interesting clients - Smart and friendly team who are always willing to help out, this was especially nice when just starting - Clear career progress framework that is (surprisingly!) actually used during regular catch-ups with line manager
Cons
Company has grown lots in the past 18 months. Still feels like a start-up in some ways, including things that some people might find challenging. Could be negative if you want a clear-cut environment with similar repeating projects and well-established tasks. Or could be a positive if you enjoy being a bit of a pathfinder, creating and developing new processes
