Pros

* Flexible working conditions * Great work/life balance * Above industry-average compensation and benefits * Agile team * Project weeks! Empowers developers to explore new and cool stuff that can improve Moodle! * We have a VR room! * Travel opportunities by representing Moodle in Moodle Moots! * Snacks, drinks, espresso machine plus a weekly supply of treats/fruits with love from our Moodle Mum! * Fun Friday afternoons. Dev training, talks, demos, games... and booze!

Cons

* Developing in Moodle probably has a relatively high learning curve compared to the usual web development frameworks in PHP, but if you are up to the challenge and would like to make a difference in empowering educators around the world, then you should definitely apply!
