Dear Anonymous. It is incredibly frustrating that people have the ability to make statements or allegations, using anonymous public platforms, that may be true, or untrue, whilst keeping their identity private. The ability for people to be able to make negative comments in this anonymous way makes it impossible for us as a company to investigate the allegations made in statements that are posted. As per my comments on the previous, anonymous, post from a review left in December 2022 I would ask that the person who has posted this comment contacts me, in the strictest of confidence, so that we can discuss the points that have been raised in the post and to enable a proper and thorough investigation of their concerns to take place.
