It is the sort of organisation that there will always be lot of challenges for you. You will certainly be provided with lots of opportunity to stretch and develop yourself.
Cons
It is the type of place where this is always so much to do and hence you will need to put in lots of hours to succeed. Significant lack of resources and employees consistently over worked.
