      Pros

      I've been at two other places that talk about employees as family. This is the first place where it feels like it. Everyone is in the loop. Good work, good people. When there is an issue we raise it and fix it. Communication is better than anywhere I've been in the past.

      ✔️ Transparent and open relationships to high management ✔️ Tech team has a culture of data-driven decisions leading to highly business impact ✔️ High sense of feature and product ownership ✔️ Good relations between all departments ✔️ Product and Tech work very closely and have a goal oriented mind ✔️ People in the company are usually very friendly even though a bit shy in the beginning ✔️ There is a lot of transparency between management and the employees

      ✔️ Sometimes the interactions between departments can be a bit chaotic ✔️ Lack of alignment between country segments which leads to lack of understanding of customer needs (to be fair this have been improving with some restructures implemented last year) ✔️ Too many initiatives and ideas running at the same time which can overwhelm the tech department
