      Pros

      Incredibly supportive team, great mix of skills, backgrounds and personalities.

      Cons

      Downsides to remote first - I don't get to see my colleagues face to face. I knew to expect this so it has not come as a shock, I would just like to spend more face time with people.

      Movinx is a company that takes care of its employees and bases its existence in important values and principles that are always demonstrated and shared with the entire company population. It’s a great place to work in because one’s contribution is not only appreciated and recognized, but more importantly, required.
