      Decent work environment with good colleagues and a space to experimenting with new technology. The HQ is in a good location with good facilities, including restaurant and EV charging spots.

      Cons

      Communication can be inconsistent,. There are also noticeable pay discrepancies among employees in identical roles which impacts morale. Job can be stressful and draining sometimes.
