Coworkers are amazing and always willing to help each other out - not your typical cut-throat sales environment. Managers care about the performance of employees and do what they can to help them succeed. Informal and fun environment with travel opportunies and flexible hours + the ability to work from home when you need to. Hard work pays off big time with a great compsation structure.
