MuscleFood has really brought my confidence to light from previous bad employers. I’ve met a lot of really fun people and developed skills I’ve wanted to work on for a long time. The company has given me 3 promotions during my year and a half being there and brought the best out of me

Pros

The workplace exudes positivity, with distinct personalities in every department brightening my day whenever I stroll through the offices. Banter is a must and is driven from the top down. A quick lesson to learn is to give as good as you get!! You get an excellent package including free food vouchers and lunches.

Cons

It's hard work (If that's a con?). I believe you get out what you put in. If you think it's an easy life, you aren't pushing yourself nearly enough.
