I worked at MIM for 3 years. It’s a great place to grow professionally and personally. You will work with an outstanding team, and a lot of great clients!

I left the company on good terms , to pursue another path. I have nothing but good things to say

I loved working at MIM. It was a fun working environment and the clients are amazing. The employee training is thorough and ongoing and taken very seriously. They expect trainers to be very knowledgeable and professional and hold employees to high standards. If their core values honestly resonate with you, then you will likely be a good fit. They genuinely believe in and live their core values.

Cons

I would say the downsides are common to small businesses and the training world in general: benefits aren’t great, busiest times are early morning or evening after work, pay caps out at your schedule capacity. I have nothing bad to say about MIM though. I loved it and only left because of life circumstances.
