      Pros

      Got a really solid group of laid back people here. This is my first position out of school, and I was very fearful I'd end up in a grind culture with a toxic boss. Ended up here with a company that has a relaxed vibe, people are understanding when life happens (I've had a ton of health issues lately so lot's of doctors appts), and leadership stay involved in the day to day.

      Cons

      Time off is good, but the holidays aren't great. It's not awful, but definitely lagging behind compared to other marketing agencies.
