      Flex-time, great work/life balance. Incredible technology; smart, talented peers. Interesting work.

      Not many cons, really. No real on-boarding process for new hires.

      Making a difference

      Pros

      We get to work us technology to save lives. Whether they are first responders, teachers/pupils in schools or soldiers in harms way. It's an awesome responsibility and the people in this company are focused on making a difference.

      Cons

      All the normal challenges of producing a products exist here. We have a lot of irons in the fire and a small team to get it done.
