      Pros

      This is a group of hardworking and smart people who care about their work and others around them. Mux has navigated the difficult economy with transparency and care, even through hard decisions like reductions.

      Cons

      Working at a startup comes with risk and pressure. It's not for everyone, but in my experience Mux leadership has handled those two variables with clear communication and a be-human approach.

      Overall company has a great culture and employees are exceptional - Good company to work for, very warm and welcoming culture - People who are working at Mux are the best talents in their own job functions

      Business decisions might have been made better. Hired a lot of people and laid them off after few months.
