Well being said, when you don't have enough manpower in an outlet means that you have the opportunity to make overtime so much more.
Cons
despite of having shortage of manpower, you kinda goes beyond your job description. doing multiple roles and task at the same time. you also have to make overtime hours till other staffs arrive late or absent.
