This company values its employees- which are treated more like an extended family. The culture is centered around growth, improvement and recognition of value!

Some individuals struggle is roles that they are not suited for but are provided an abundance of help and support.

Pros

Great atmosphere and the best co-workers you could ask for! Inviting and encouraging culture. Company trips Employee Appreciation days The pay is way more than you will get almost any where and if you work hard and show initiative, you will make even more. Flexible schedule if needed. Monday - Friday, no nights and no weekends because the CEO wants you to enjoy time with your family. The CEO and management value as a person and employee!

Cons

I have no cons. If you don't want to work on your OWN personal goals and growth it may not be the place for you. We have weekly bookclubs that really help you on growing not only at work but also at home. It's really the best of both worlds. **You have to work hard, stay positive, always look to improve, value growth and be punctual. It’s not somewhere you can just skate by. Put in the work and you’ll take home so much more.
