      Pros

      Management has a clear direction of where they would like the company to go. Great communication within the company. The CEO had a monthly meeting with all employees to discuss any questions. Co workers in the St. Louis office were hard working and a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      Compensation was on the low side.
