      Pros

      My Communication skills face to face have drastically improved. This has not only impacted my professional life but also my personal life. I have been able to build my professional network and interact with industry leaders. I look forward to coming into the office and being surrounded by a positive and motivated team.

      Cons

      For someone who is really looking to grow fast in the marketing industry they will need to be prepared to invest time for personal development and mastering their craft.
