Productive workplace and great team ethic among co workers. Workflow was consistent. They teach employees how to deal with their skills and talent. Great reimbursement and opportunity to growth. They offer lots of area of development through training, career development resources and one-on-one coaching.N-tech encourage employees by Quarterly Increments, Individual Promotions, Development Training's & Programs, Always positive even when there were tricky condition
