Pros
Agency setting allows for exposure to a wide-range of technologies and projects of all sizes. Opportunity to learn quickly. Working with smart minds willing to help and brainstorm when facing roadblocks. Never had to work nights or weekends, CEOs are good at ensuring a work-life balance.
Cons
Company occasionally encountered slow periods with few clients, which created a stressful environment unsure what to work on next. Unsteady work resulted in frequent hiring sprees and layoffs.

The management team is flexible and can be easy-going on your personal life. Demanding work increases concentration and attentiveness. Fair pay and equal opportunity employer. Open minded staff.
Cons
Top down management policy means you do what you are told, even if it doesn't make much sense. Government contracts can be lengthy and tedious. Sometimes a struggle to find enough work to actually go around.
