      1. Work culture is good, employees doing good work are recognized and awarded. 2. Multiple opportunities exist where you can take ownership and show impact. Don't need to fight for impactful projects. 3. Fun events happen regularly, birthdays celebration, festival celebration and some fun days too.

      1. Working hours are on a bit higher side. (50-55 Hours a week)
