      Great work/life balance, friendly co-workers, beautiful office space, hybrid work environment, and the ability to approach senior management to ask questions and get honest answers

      I honestly don't have anything Con to mention here. If I did, it would be nit picking and not fair to list things that are honestly not consequential to someone looking to work here.
