Pros
Almost family atmosphere with pretty good benefits. The executive team have the company interest at heart. Long term employment.
Cons
In the past year and a half the company has been attempting to become more fiscally responsible, but some of the executions are a bit off. The company is trying for diversity, equity, and inclusion now, but in the process are stumbling a bit.
