      * Flexible work schedules are an advantage * The workplace is a warm and welcoming environment, no office politics, and it is a pleasure to collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds * No work pressure * There is an opportunity to learn and grow * Bonuses are offered even though the salary is lower than the market I had an excellent experience. I enjoyed the years I spent working with NCH

      Emails can be overwhelming at the beginning until you sort them out

      Pros

      They use a software to track your daily hours which I believe a positive by offering you flexible working opportunity. There are always opportunities of personal development if you can show yourself and demonstrate your skills. Relaxed working environment and good teammates. CEO is a developer where you can get to learn from an experienced developer through code reviews, discussions etc.

      Cons

      Salary can be a bit below market.

      Pros

      Development process organized very well. Strict coding standards, code reviews by more experienced members at least first 6 month, then occasionally. Interesting projects with good architecture. Easy to communicate with the team. Good managers and CEO.

      Cons

      possibly weekly/monthly voice/video team meetings is good idea :)
