      Pros

      Great place to learn about the industry and meet coworkers and everyone will know who you are, unlike bigger companies. Benefits are very good. Equipment and technology is updated with option to work remotely 2 days a week. Surprise bonus checks given out last year. On-site gym. Good meeting rooms, break rooms and free snacks. Fun place to work with lots of company parties.

      Cons

      Smaller company means fewer career path options for some. Pay is on lower end but company makes up for it with bonuses and benefits.

      Excellent company with outstanding benefits. Beautiful campus with hybrid options to work from home Mondays and Fridays. Knowledgeable and friendly management and coworkers.

      Cons

      Compared to most other companies, NCMIC is a dream come true.
