Fun place to work, lots of interesting ideas.

Everyone is kind, has no ego, and is truly rooting for one another. Everyone wants to see others succeed, and everyone is treated like a human being- not just an employee. If you've worked at a place that treats you like less than human, you know what I mean. When things come up, life events, emergencies, just general "mental health" time, it's not only accepted to take time off, it's encouraged. This seems simple, but so many companies don't have this much humanity. Across all teams, all levels, I really feel heard at Newness. I feel comfortable sharing ideas, and that they are valued, heard, and implemented. The teams are incredibly collaborative and supportive. Everyone here is just...kind. Recruiting and upper level management is incredibly aware of work loads, time off, and rewards/perks for employees. They really put people first here, and encourage an incredibly healthy work/life balance.
