      Great mission supporting members who are doing essential work across the country. Working to build a culture of collaboration under the leadership of COO and Interim CEO, Ben Marcantonio.

      This is not really a con, but a reality that different people will react to in different ways: As I write this, NHPCO is in the process of a integrating with another organization. This is publicly available information, and both organizations have transparent throughout the process. I see this change as an exciting opportunity, but others may have different reactions.

      Wonderful, caring people who work hard for something very meaningful. I was proud to work with them.

      It’s not an easy topic to deal with on a daily basis. You know you are doing important work, but you are nonetheless often confronted with the pain of others, and this can be difficult over time.
