. 4 day work week . no managers - flat hierarchy . autonomy & flexibility . incentives for professional and personal continuous development and growth . familiar environment

Cons

. Salary not very competitive when compared to other companies within the same sector . Lisbon/Sweden based employees have less access to benefits than Amsterdam based employees

Pros

A great place to work when you're open to challenge and improve yourself. It's a flat organization, so it requires employees to take responsibility themselves, without managers telling you what to do. Work-life balance is very important for this organization, e.g. a 4-day work-week is implemented

Cons

You'll have to be open to changes, 'cause the organization dares to make big shifts every now and then.
