      SME with loads of potential to develop the role and at the same time develop oneself.

      Cons

      Having to continually format workloads, processes and policy without guidance from senior management. The freedom of running with challenges and seeing work roll out successfully is marred by lack of recognition of salary and a feeling of over achievement and being undervalued
