      Fantastic co-workers Free and discounted products Beautiful office space with great amenities (2 gyms, basketball court, cafeteria, coffee bar, stocked kitchen, rock climbing, sauna, plunge pool, list goes on) Relaxed dress code (encouraged to wear product rather than business casual clothes - think leggings and hoodies) Relaxed unlimited time off (up to you to take it, but truly a whenever/wherever policy) Really great products - truly my favorite stuff to wear for a workout or everyday. High quality and comfortable Huge free parking lot for driving commuters Challenging but rewarding work and lots of growth opportunities if you want them. Since layoffs, leadership has brought in new management with loads of experience growing brands. The higher the risk, the higher the reward!

      Cons

      Just like any other company, especially in the current economy (2023), you run the risk of potential lay-offs. Companies take the same risk when hiring employees that can chose to leave at any time. Jobs are jobs, so it's encouraged to keep a separation between work and life balance.
