NP Group Reviews

As a recruiter for NP group I have to say that I don't think it's right to read these negative reviews. Since I started with this company they have helped me from the very first moment. From my experience I have to say thank you for helping me with all what I needed from the first day I start including the CEO and managers. When I started I had practically no experience in the IT sector, even being a small company they invest in having a person who has been training and teaching us every day something new. There are senior people who have been working in this company for many years and all I can say is positive, if you have any questions they will help you with everything, so in my opinion if you have no experience I think it is an ideal place to start your career in recruitment. Every three months they have a chat with you to see where you can improve and even spend a couple of hours with you listening to your calls, I think this is a very positive thing as it helps you improve and keeps you motivated.

Caring Management, lots of incentives. Amazing that when NP realised that there were some people doing nothing and fired them, these people are leaving bad reviews. If they had put this energy into their jobs, they still would be there . Also I was not asked to write this review. I write it because I want to.
