- Excellent Work life balance. - Good compensation and benefits. - Very nice office spaces with free daily meal, fruit, cookies and "beverages" ;) - Exceptional coworkers, not only in the technical aspect but on a personal note. Seriously, you'll meet amazing and unforgettable people working here. - The projects they work on are really interesting, using the latest techstack and up to date with the progress of the latest tech trends and innovations such as AI, ML... - Career prospects are clear and above industry standards imo. - Amazing vibe at the office, everyone is super nice and supportive. My time here felt like an unforgettable dance.

Cons

- Management can sometimes feel chaotic and erratic but in my experience that is almost expected at any company. - You'll spend some time alone working on your own tasks.

Management shares a common goal with all employees. Higher-ups empathize with their subordinates. Management also listens to suggestions / issues that employees have and actively work to address them.

Cons

Decision makers can be slow to grow the development team. The hiring process can take way too long
