      Pros

      When my husband was seriously ill they were really supportive. The holidays and sick pay entitlement is really generous. They also give additional closure days as well as bank holidays. The staff are really friendly and supportive. It is a really nice environment to work in.

      Cons

      There have been funding cuts across the FE sector.
