      A Great Experience

      Pros

      This will sound a bit like an obituary as the company ceased operations in October 2020 due to Covid-related impacts. But until that point, NSS Labs was filled with incredibly smart people who voraciously cared about the company.

      Cons

      NSS Labs decided early on in the pandemic to move to a fully remote environment. While the correct decision for caring for both employees and the community, video conferencing with co-workers can never match the office's camaraderie.

      Pros

      I started loving working at this place because they are very fair and work on creating value in what they do. When making tough decisions they keep overall employee sentiment in mind and treat everyone fairly. My start was a bit rough here but am glad I stayed on... I saw how hard they work at making it a better place for everyone and I am grateful to work with some good people again.

      Cons

      Lot of changes but you can find something in it where you can add value even if it’s not your own domain.
