      -good mix of home grown talent as well as those with extensive industry experience -entrepreneurial & fast pace culture -lots of exposure to leadership from the very beginning -management is down to earth/approachable -many opportunities to make an impact & lead

      Cons

      -gritty start up culture (young employees, limited resources, tight budgets) -company is still exploring where it wants to end up so there can be stop & go

      - Really fast-paced; you aren't going to be sitting here twiddling your thumbs - Constant collaboration; able to work with multiple teams on a daily basis, gain new insights, and seek new ideas - Major opportunities; working with multiple teams, having a seat at the table, leadership who values their teams and their opinions is crucial - Weekly company wide touch bases and quarterly All Hands Meetings garner trust and accountability at the team and individual level -- have a engaged workforce helps produce some of the best results - new office is BEAUTIFUL (there's cold brew and kombucha on tap)

      Cons

      - sometimes it can get overwhelming, just have to remember to raise your hand and ask for help - lots of great people who work there, but its still a super young workforce --> management is slowly being added in which helps the overall workflow
