- Great enthusiastic team; good company vibe; avoids "old school" stuffy recruitment culture. - Strong local leadership (I learned a lot about integrity from the MD) - Add real value to the community through events, surveys, and knowledge sharing to the wider market and client base - Encourages recruitment team to actually learn their domains instead of just pushing traditional sales tactics and "strategies" - They celebrate success and reward achievement; great commission scheme - Plenty of opportunity to progress internally and throughout the wider Harvey Nash Group - Diverse client portfolio

Cons

- Hours can be long sometimes, but that's the nature of recruitment. - Way too reliant on the UK for systems and processes.
