Pros
National Disability Alliance is that rare firm that cares about its employees as much as its clients. This comes through in its culture, benefits and various employee programs. I really enjoy the focus on results, technology, speaking up when seeing opportunities or issues, and the camaraderie.
Cons
Still working on typical growing pains for a firm in the middle of a steep growth curve. We need to keep up the growth plan on all fronts.
